Our next Supper Club will take you on a culinary adventure in the shoes of our very own, Chef Catesby. From his early years on the family farm in Paris Kentucky, to his time working in the Michelin star kitchens of New York— he will be guiding your palette on a journey through the culinary territory that has been formative to his becoming, in our opinion, one of the most talented chefs in Kentucky.
He will be weaving the skills, inspiration, techniques, and cuisines of his diverse background together into a menu that is both approachable and refined, with a focus on the peak summer local produce that makes the Bluegrass so special.

In conjunction with dinner this evening, the bar, winter room, and garden will be open to all members to enjoy cocktails and canapés—simply stop by for a cocktail with a group of friends before you hit the town.
