Lift one corner of the container lid and microwave for 3 minutes or until fully heated. Allow smoked chicken to rest for two minutes before carefully removing the lid. Serve with Alabama white BBQ sauce.

Rainbow Trout Almondine
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove and discard the plastic lid. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Heat the brown butter sauce in the microwave until warm. Top the trout with brown butter and almonds.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove and discard the plastic lid from the aluminum container. Cook for 15-17 minutes, test to be sure fully heated before serving. Finish with lemon and serve with remoulade.
Chicken Pot Pie
Heat oven to 350 degrees, remove plastic cover and heat pot pie for 25-30 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Remove the kebabs from the packaging and marinate no less than two hours before cooking. The chicken kebab has a yogurt marinade, the beef kebab has an herb marinade and the shrimp has a cajun marinade. When ready to cook, preheat a pan or grill and cook to your desired temperature.

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Rotate the sheet and bake for another 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
Keep refrigerated. 30 minutes before serving, remove from the fridge and let rest at room temperature.
Lemon Ginger Tarts
Keep refrigerated. Pull 30 minutes before serving. Top with honey whipped mascarpone, honeycomb toffee, candied lemon and chamomile caramel. If desired, warm chamomile caramel in a microwave safe dish for 15-30 seconds or until warm.
