Family Meals

 

Jerk Chicken

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove jerk chicken from the container and place on a baking sheet. Bake chicken for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. Eat with the jerk bbq sauce.

Enjoy jerk chicken cold or at room temperature.

 

Rice and Peas

Lift one corner of the container lid and microwave for two minutes or until heated through. Let rest for 1 minute. Stir before serving.

 

Grilled Squash

Enjoy at room temperature or crack the lid and microwave for two minutes. Stir and return to the microwave for one minute.

 

Fried Plantains

Lift one corner of the container lid and microwave for two minutes or until heated through. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

 

Salmon en Papillote

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove and discard the plastic lid. Cook for 20 minutes, test to be sure the salmon is fully heated before serving. Carefully cut parchment to open the papillote. Heat citrus cream in the microwave for 30 seconds and serve atop salmon.

 

Haricot Verts

Lift one corner of the container lid, remove almonds and microwave for two minutes. Stir before serving and top with the toasted almonds.

 

Israeli Couscous

Enjoy room temperature or crack the container lid and microwave for two minutes or until fully heated.

 

    A la Carte

Crab Cakes

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove and discard the plastic lid from the aluminum container. Cook for 15-17 minutes, test to be sure fully heated before serving. Finish with lemon and serve with remoulade.

 

Chicken Pot Pie

Heat oven to 350 degrees, remove plastic cover and heat pot pie for 25-30 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

 

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Remove and discard the plastic lid from the aluminum container. Cook for 20 minutes, test to be sure fully heated before serving. Top with provided bread crumbs.

 

Kebabs

Remove the kebabs from the packaging and marinate no less than two hours before cooking. The chicken kebab has a yogurt marinade and the beef kebab has an herb marinade. When ready to cook, preheat a pan or grill and cook to your desired temperature.

 

Grit souffle

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the plastic lid. Cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Allow the souffle to rest 5 minutes before serving.

 

Pastry

 

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Store at room temperature. If desired, preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Remove the cookies from the box and place on a baking sheet. Heat for two minutes and serve warm.

 

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Rotate the sheet and bake for another 3 minutes or until desired doneness.

 

Macarons

Keep refrigerated. 30 minutes before serving, remove from the fridge and let rest at room temperature.

 

Sandwich Cookies

Keep refrigerated. 30 minutes before serving, remove from the fridge and let rest at room temperature.

 

Rhubarb, Almond & Orange Tartlets

Warm caramel (can microwave for 15 second intervals until warm in microwave safe container). Top tartlets with whipped cream, orange caramel sauce, candied almonds and kumquat petals.
