OMAGE to the Bluegrass Winners
We pay homage to the recipes that laid the foundation for the entertaining and hospitality that has become synonymous with the thoroughbred industry. Entertaining with Bluegrass Winners, first published in 1985, is a collection of time tested recipes from some of the great hosts and hostess that helped introduce the international racing community to the unique hospitality of the Bluegrass. For 2 nights, OMAGE will feature a multi course tasting menu exploring some of the best of these culinary delights. This book was published by the Garden Club of Lexington as a way to fund their ongoing mission to maintain the many public garden spaces in Lexington. In honor of their efforts, 10% of profits will be donated to this charitable organization.
